Outside Sales Executive

 

Position Summary:
Thrive Networks offers an opportunity to work in a growing, exciting and dynamic environment, providing an occasion to enter into the organization at a pinnacle time. The compensation package consists of an attractive base and an achievable, uncapped commission structure.

 

Due to the consultative nature of the sale, the Outside Sales Executive must have extremely strong relationship building skills along with demonstrated closing ability. The Outside Sales Executive will be responsible for going on meetings with qualified prospects (10-200 employees) to better understand the client’s IT support needs, present Thrive Networks’ offering and close the client on a recurring support plan.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Exceed monthly / quarterly objectives
  • Be a new business catalyst with the capacity to ramp quickly
  • Develop and maintain relationships with diverse personalities within an organization, including key stakeholders and Executive contacts
  • Uphold Thrive Networks’ reputation for the highest level of customer satisfaction in the industry
  • Skillfully qualify needs of the client and effectively translate into compelling value proposition(s)
  • Clearly and effectively differentiate Thrive Networks from its competition
  • Be an active and integral member of a dynamic team
  • Self-directed continuous improvement of sales and technical knowledge

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-5 years experience outside sales experience
  • Self-starter motivated by the opportunity to advance professionally, personally and financially
  • Strong ability to develop a professional rapport, overcome objections and persuade while maintaining a dynamic and professional demeanor
  • Exceptional communication, both written and oral, and organizational skills
  • Experience with MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Service based sales experience
  • Solution/consultative/technology sales experience
