Thrive Management Team



Rob Stephenson, CEO

Mr. Stephenson brings more than 20 years of Executive Level technology business experience to Thrive Networks. Mr. Stephenson has previously been a principal at 19 Technologies, an Executive Consulting Firm whose clients included Faction Cloud, Oxford Networks, Expedient, Sweetwater Capital, Bay Capital, Spring Capital and others. Prior to that, he was the Chief Marketing Officer and managing partner at Xand where he oversaw a sale to Tierpoint in 2014, after selling his firm, Access Northeast, to Xand in 2012. Rob was the CEO at Access Northeast from 2007-2012, building the company into a $20 Million plus Data Center/Cloud/MSP regional powerhouse with seven+ consecutive years of record income, growth & profitability. He executed three successful term sheets with Private Equity Firms, Senior Banks and Mezzanine SBA Lenders generating working capital for the business and liquidity for shareholders in excess of $60 Million.

Mr. Stephenson has undergraduate degrees in Economics & Political Science from the University of Vermont (1990) and a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Boston College Carroll School of Management (2002), with a concentration in Technology Marketing. He was enshrined in the Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society in 2002.




Ed Veiga, Vice President of Operations

Ed Veiga, Vice President of Operations at Thrive Networks, oversees Thrives client services and operations teams. He is responsible for programs and processes that drive growth and profitability through high client satisfaction.

Ed has more than 15 years of experience in managing customer service and IT functions in multiple industries. Prior to joining Thrive Ed was a Senior Network Engineer for a local service provider. Since joining Thrive, he has been promoted to positions of increasing responsibility including Director of Technical Services and Vice President of Client Services.

Ed received his bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts. He also holds numerous technical and IT operations certificates.




Kevin J. Ellis, Vice President of Sales

Kevin J. Ellis serves as Vice President of Sales for Thrive Networks. In this role, Kevin guides all of Thrive’s new business acquisition across the United States. He and his team have helped hundreds of growing companies solve some of the toughest business and technology challenges.

Kevin plays an integral role in the overall vision and mission of Thrive; continually championing for an unparalleled level of customer service. In concert with the executive team, Kevin seeks ways to create value through the strategic integration of new products and services based on the ever changing needs of our customers.

Kevin earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts at Boston. With 10 years’ experience in the IT consulting space, he also holds a number of Sales and Technical Certifications inclusive of VSP 4 and ITIL V.3.

Kevin lives in Burlington, MA with his wife, three young sons and dog.




Michael Gray, Vice President of Technology

Michael Gray is the Vice President of Technology at Thrive Networks. Michael has held several positions at Thrive including network engineer, consulting engineer, solutions manager, and Director of Network Operations. Prior to working at Thrive, Michael worked for a publicly traded biotechnology company that was acquired by one of the top five pharmaceuticals companies in the world. Michael now plays an integral role in hosted and managed services product management and development.

Michael has a degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University. He also is a Kaseya Certified Master Administrator and a Sonicwall Network Security Advanced Administrator. He is also a member of various partner councils including Sonicwall’s VAR council.




Bob Levesque, Director of Engineering Services

Bob Levesque serves as the Director of Engineering Services for Thrive Networks. He oversees Thrive’s project services, consulting services, and onsite support services. Bob started his career at Thrive as a Senior Network Engineer directly supporting clients in a variety of industries and quickly advanced into roles such as Technical Services Manager and Director of Consulting Services.

Bob’s focus is on enhancing the customer experience and building a team of focused engineers to provide support in the areas of IT strategy and management, systems and network administration, and user support.

Bob has more than 17 years of experience in Information Technology, over nine of which have been with Thrive Networks. Prior to joining Thrive, Bob was an internal IT staff member at a private organization gaining experience by managing IT infrastructure and end-user support.




Foster Hardie, Director of Application Engineering

Foster Hardie is the Director of Application Engineering at Thrive Networks. He is the architect, manager, evangelist, and lead developer of our systems integrations, business intelligence (BI) capabilities, and SharePoint portals. Of note, Foster and his team have created an Internet portal for our customers which allow them an unprecedented level of visibility, access, and control of the myriad documents and data associated with the technology Thrive manages for them. It is initiatives like our exclusive customer portal and the enhanced capabilities we can deliver through it that set Thrive apart from the pack.

Foster has an undergraduate degree in Social and Political Philosophy, with postgraduate work in Computer Science and Project Management, and also PMP and SCRUM certifications. He has been creating and customizing business software since 1995 for enterprises of many sizes and across verticals from construction and manufacturing to banking and pharma, and has been with Thrive since 2008.




Seth M. Freeman, Director of Client Services

Seth M. Freeman, Director of Client Services at Thrive Networks, oversees client services and account management staff. He is responsible for the day-to-day client services, processes, and procedures to ensure Thrive’s clients receive the best customer service in the industry. His focus is centered on a smooth onboarding process, channels of client communication, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Seth has more than 10 years of experience in managing customer relationships. Prior to joining Thrive, Seth was focused on human resources before making the switch to become client facing.

Seth received his bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Massachusetts.




John Dilthey, Director of Operations and Strategic Initiatives

John Dilthey is Director of Operations and Strategic Initiatives for Thrive Networks. John began his career at Thrive as a Help Desk Engineer and has been promoted numerous times to positions of increasing responsibility.

John has more than 15 years of IT experience, nine of which have been with Thrive Networks. Prior to joining Thrive, John served in the United States Marine Corps and achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant. During this time, John received numerous awards and decorations while gaining extensive experience in Logistics, Process Management, and Information Technology.

John was raised in Ashland, Massachusetts and is a graduate of both Springfield College and Dean College. He holds numerous technical and IT operation certifications.




Mark Lopshire, Senior Channel Partner Program Manager

Mark Lopshire serves as Senior Channel Partner Program Manager for Thrive Networks.  

Mark has more than 15 years experience within the information technology industry, six of which have been with Thrive Networks. Prior to joining Thrive, Mark served technology services organizations in several capacities including Systems Engineer, Senior Solutions Architect, Senior Sales Engineer, and Director of Sales Engineering.

Mark's focus has been on centralized computing, messaging, application delivery and cloud services for organizations of all sizes. Mark hold's numerous certifications including: Citrix Certified Integration Architect (CCIA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), ITIL Foundations version 3.
