As President, Jim leads Thrive Networks toward its vision of becoming the most valued and most referred provider of IT services for small businesses in the country. Jim began his career at Thrive as Director of Business Development and has helped the company to achieve unprecendented levels of growth. Upon taking the lead at Thrive Jim spearheded the effort to make Thrive a Staples Technology Company. Prior to Thrive, Jim worked as a management consultant with Client First Associates helping organizations of all sizes maximize operational efficiencies and develop strategic initiatives. While working for Client first Associates he enjoyed the publication of his first book, Five Management Principles in One C.R.E.A.D. Jim received both his bachelors degree in public relations and his masters degree in urban affairs from Boston University. A member of the board of directors for The Sean McDonough Charitable Foundation, Jim has a son, Cameron, and
currently lives in Burlington, MA. |

Dylan O'Connor

As Chief Technology Officer,
Dylan is responsible for providing technical strategic
leadership for Thrive and its clients
. Dylan began his career at Thrive as a senior network engineer in 2001 and has been promoted to positions of increasing responsibility.
Prior to joining Thrive, Dylan previously worked as a consultant and as a member of Fidelity Investments' internal IT staff.
A native of
East Hampton, CT
, Dylan currently lives in Westford with his wife Shari and their three sons Rohin, Brandon, and Ethan.
