Thrive’s Network Health Assessment (NHA) is an objective, third-party
review of your entire technology infrastructure. The NHA provides prioritized
recommendations on how to maintain or improve performance of your critical
network areas. The goal is to provide a roadmap that any technical or business professional
will gain valuable insight from and allow them to make sound decisions around technology and
how it is leveraged within the organization.

Each of the following areas of your network are reviewed,
assessed and compared to industry standards in order to
make sound prioritized recommendations.
- Network
Servers
- Workstations
- Back-Up
- Remote Access and Home Use
- Security
- Network Management, Maintenance, and Monitoring
|
- Anti-Virus & Anti-Spyware

1. A Senior Thrive Engineer will first meet with
the appropriate leaders of your organization
to understand your business goals & challenges.
During this meeting we’ll also discuss how
you currently leverage technology and how
you would like to leverage technology going
forward.
2. Working onsite, we then access your
network in order to gather all relevant
technical information.
3. The information is reviewed and compared
against industry standards and best practices
4. Once the data is analyzed and incorporated
into your previously discussed business
priorities, we will develop a detailed report
documenting every component of your
network with findings, evaluations,
recommendations, and diagrams.
5. Approximately 2-3 weeks from the original
data gathering session, we will meet with
all the appropriate business leaders in your
organization to present the findings of the
Assessment.
6. Next steps will be identified and followed-up on
based on a mutually agreed upon action plan.
