Position Overview:

You will leverage your experience to support (break and fix) on our infrastructure and services for our existing client base. This is a complex multi-tenant environment requiring knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications, Active Directory, Citrix, VMware, etc. from a helpdesk and support perspective.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve most if not all issues users would report
  • Work closely with other support engineers and support management team
  • Visit client sites when physical presence is required
  • Participate in migrations, moves, etc.
  • Provide an excellent client service experience

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical issues and offer solutions
