You will leverage your experience to support (break and fix) on our infrastructure and services for our existing client base. This is a complex multi-tenant environment requiring knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications, Active Directory, Citrix, VMware, etc. from a helpdesk and support perspective.
- Address and resolve most if not all issues users would report
- Work closely with other support engineers and support management team
- Visit client sites when physical presence is required
- Participate in migrations, moves, etc.
- Provide an excellent client service experience
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly grasp technical issues and offer solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
