Position Overview:

This role includes a wide variety of administrative responsibilities. This position will be responsible for general office support that includes a variety of clerical activities and related tasks, as well as assisting the Sales, Marketing & Accounting Teams as necessary:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Reception area in the Foxborough headquarters from 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Maintain the appearance of the office including organization of supplies, kitchen items, and tending to the cleanliness of common areas
  • Coordinate off site meeting spaces and rooms for executive travel
  • Plan and communicate date, time and location for quarterly employee outings, as well as the company holiday party in January
  • Manage office vendor contracts and visitation schedules
  • Research, price and order office supplies
  • Retrieve, sort and deliver the mail on a daily basis
  • Prepare packages for delivery as well as sign for incoming deliveries
  • Set up, coordinate and/or confirm meetings per request
  • Supply lunch for management and client meetings as requested
  • Plan lunch for office each Friday
  • Assist various departments with projects as deemed appropriate by supervisor
  • Word Processing, Filing, Photocopying, Scanning, Mailing, Shredding
  • Other tasks as assigned

Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of relevant office Administrative experience (IT industry preferred but not required)
  • Proactive worker with very strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize workflow is essential
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills including ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, with regular follow up
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Must have excellent organization and analytical skills
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Maintain a professional image and attitude at all times
  • Must have a reliable mode of transportation

Preferred Skills:

  • College Degree, (2 or 4 year) Preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience working with executives
