Mr. Cashman began his career with Salomon Smith Barney in the Global Telecommunications Corporate Finance Group, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions in the wireline and wireless segments of the telecommunications industry. At M/C Partners, Mr. Cashman is focused on the wireline broadband infrastructure and services portion of the firm’s portfolio. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Involta, Denovo, Everstream, PlumChoice, Ensono, Benestra and Thrive. Previous board seats have included MCCC ICG Holdings (acquired by Level 3), Cavalier Telephone (acquired by PAETEC), City Signal Communications (acquired by Cavalier Telephone), Elantic Networks (merged with Cavalier Telephone), FDN Networks (merged with NuVox Communications), Baja Broadband (acquired by TDS), Zayo Group (IPO), CSDVRS (sold to Kinderhook) and Onvoy. Mr. Cashman graduated cum laude from Duke University receiving an AB in economics with distinction.

Mr. Stephenson brings more than 20 years of executive level technology business experience to Thrive as their CEO and Board Member. Rob was previously the Chief Marketing Officer, a Director and Managing Partner at Xand, where he oversaw a sale to Tierpoint in 2014 after merging his firm, Access Northeast, with Xand in 2012. Rob was the CEO at Access Northeast from 2007-2012, building the company into a $20 Million plus Data Center/Cloud/MSP regional powerhouse with seven+ consecutive years of record income, growth & profitability. He executed multiple term sheets with Private Equity Firms, Senior Banks and Mezzanine SBA Lenders generating working capital for the business and liquidity for shareholders in excess of $750 Million. Mr. Stephenson has undergraduate degrees in Economics & Political Science from the University of Vermont (1990) and an MBA from the Boston College Carroll School of Management (2002), with a concentration in Technology Marketing. He was enshrined into the Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society in 2002 for his post-graduate work.
Mr. Wade has been responsible for developing the M/C Partners’ involvement in the telecom service sectors, including mobile wireless, broadband wireless, CLEC, fiber and residential broadband providers. As Managing Partner of M/C Partners, Mr. Wade leads the investment process including determining sector focus, seeking out management teams, founding new companies and working with financial sources that provide debt and equity capital to grow companies. He currently serves on the boards of directors of Open Mobile, Involta and Thrive. Previous board seats include Lightower Holdings (sold to Berkshire Partners), MetroPCS (IPO), Cavalier Telephone (sold to PAETEC), NuVox Communications (sold to WindStream), Attenda (sold to Darwin Private Equity), Brooks Fiber Properties (IPO and sale to AT&T Wireless), Triad Communications (sold to T-Mobile) and Melita. Mr. Wade graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Finance and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Mr. Klingbeil is the COO for Ensono, an M/C Partner portfolio company, where he’s responsible for overall company operations to include product, service delivery and client satisfaction, as well as Ensono’s future technology roadmap. Brian is also a member of the Ensono’s board of directors. Before Ensono, he held executive positions with Savvis, now part of CenturyLink, where he re-engineered the product development organization and established the firm’s presence in China. Mr. Klingbeil received a BS in Finance from Ohio State University and studied Physics and Engineering at Miami University in Ohio.
Mr. Tunney is currently the Executive Vice President of Planning and Strategy for MetTel, Thrive’s previous owner and current minority investor. Steve oversees MetTel’s technologies, strategic partnerships, M&A, and business development strategies. He’s also is in charge of all banking relationships and financial special projects at MetTel. Steve’s experience includes over 20 years as a senior executive, 12 years as a director on a NASDAQ listed commercial finance firm and 10+ years in senior finance positions at intellectual property driven companies. Additionally, Mr. Tunney engineered the 2014 acquisition of Thrive Networks from Staples, as well as the sale of Thrive to M/C partners in 2016.

Mr. Cook was the Founder and CEO of Corporate IT Solutions, a leading regional Managed Service Provider based in Norwood, Ma. Mike started the company in 2001, driven by a vision to lead an organization to help solve IT challenges. His experience working for enterprise companies such as EMC and IBM provided the perfect opportunity to hone his technical skills, while learning how to deliver strategic value to clients. As a forward-thinking leader, Mike led the Corporate IT Solutions to numerous industry accomplishments which include the Boston Business Journal’s Pace Setters Select70 Award in 2012, 2013, 2014, & 2015, along with MSPmentor’s Worldwide Managed Services rankings ranging up the list from #106 in 2011 to their best ranking of #85 in 2016. After 17 years of running Corporate IT Solutions, Mr. Cook agreed to merge with Thrive Networks in late 2016 under the direction of M/C Partners, creating one of the largest MSPs in the Northeast.

Marc Pantoni was previously the co-founder and CEO of Precision IT Group, a leading information and technology management firm headquartered in NYC. Marc oversaw all aspects of the company’s operations while providing strategic vision and leadership to the firm. With over 15 years of experience in the technology sector, Mr. Pantoni led Precision ITs technical advisory practice serving organizations in financial services, professional services, legal, retail/wholesale, manufacturing, and hospitality.
With Marc at the helm of Precision IT, the firm experienced substantial growth and was recognized by Inc Magazine as one the fastest growing privately-held organizations in the country. Precision IT was also listed on the MSP Mentors 501 global list of the Best Managed Service Providers several years in a row.
